Patrick Plant Therapy is an individual centered practice with offices in the Beacon Psychotherapy Centre, Sandyford, Dublin 18, D18E3C1, Manor Kilbride, Co. Wicklow, and on-line for clients worldwide, via Skype or Zoom.
Patrick Plant is fully qualified and adheres to the strict code of ethics espoused by The Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and The William Glasser Institute, in addition to holding a diploma in supervision of other counsellors.
He provides counselling, and psychotherapy services including: couples counseling, relationship issues, grief and loss, bereavement, ageing and retirement, divorce, sex addition, addiction to pornography, sexuality, sexual, physical and emotional abuse, narcissism, gaslighting, anxiety, depression, critical illness, suicide, shamanic counselling and practices havening, family and group facilitation, mindfulness and meditation, and working with dreams.
Patrick Plant Therapy will assist you through the use of various approaches, which include Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioural, Psychodynamic and Choice Theory to understand, manage and transform unhelpful thought processes, emotions, impulses and behaviors that may impact negatively on your life. The practice approach is integrative, using many approaches to achieve therapeutic equilibrium.
